How do i long do i have to wait until my access works?
You'll just have to wait for between 2 and 5 little minutes for your username/password to be propagated on all our servers. I didn't receive my login information, what can i do?

My access isn't working, how can i get it fixed
Sometimes, it happens that an login/pass doesn't work to access the Members Area. If you have that problem, first make sure you're typing the good username and password. How can I cancel my membership?

You may alternatively contact us to cancel your subscription. But we highly recommend you cancel the transaction yourself. Once canceled you will get an email confirmation. Please allow up to 1 hour after your cancel request for it to arrive in your mail box and always check the spam filter.
